Below we describe what data we collect on the site, why we process it and what rights you have. These rules apply to people who browse the site, contact the office or submit a property.

What data we collect

  • name, phone, email and the message content from the contact and listing-submit forms
  • property details provided in a submission, such as location, area, price and type
  • technical visit data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the site to work

Why we process data

  • to reply to an enquiry and contact you about a listing, cooperation or valuation
  • to prepare and perform a brokerage agreement or another property-related service
  • to meet the office’s legal obligations
  • to protect the site from abuse, pursue claims and keep a contact history

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR: a contract or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or the controller’s legitimate interest.

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with firms that technically run the site and office: hosting, email, analytics and IT subcontractors. Public authorities may also receive data when the law requires it.

How long we keep data

Form and correspondence data are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, then as long as required by law or to secure claims. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Do you have to provide data

Providing data is voluntary. Without it we cannot reply, call back or prepare a listing or valuation.
